The hotel had below-average rooms that were very outdated and smelled musty upon arrival. The issue was worsened by the loud music from the nearby performance show. However, the room had a balcony which was a plus.

The hotel room was quite spacious with two large beds, suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, despite needing a deep cleaning as everything looked very old. Unfortunately, there was no terrace or balcony, and the view faced an interior hallway, topped off with dated boxed TVs.

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are a bit of a mixed bag - some need upgrades and are not so nice, while others are nice. The air conditioner was pumping hot air and couldn't be shut off, so we had to open the windows. The service was friendly, especially the bartenders like Alexis, who made the stay enjoyable. The location is good, but there was a language barrier issue. The dining options had some fresh choices but were average. Overall, it's a place with potential but some areas need improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable with two big beds and a clean bathroom featuring a shower, there were issues like water actively leaking from the room above and cleanliness problems. The service, especially from the bartender Alexis and Jose Agustín, was exceptional, making my stay enjoyable. The location, despite being in a beautiful cove by itself with crystal-clear blue water, had some drawbacks due to a language barrier and security concerns. The facilities were adequate, but there were comments about the overall value for money.
